Justintime Directory: Specialized Non-Profit Directory Platform

Initiated by the Silicon Valley Community Foundation (SVCF) and managed by the Center for Excellence, the Justintime Directory was created to bridge a critical gap, connecting local non-profits with experienced consultants specializing in serving communities of color. Nimbus Design worked closely with stakeholders to design and build a purpose-driven digital directory engineered for seamless discoverability. The platform features intuitive search, smart filtering, and structured profile layouts that allow non-profit agencies to quickly evaluate expertise and identify ideal matches. By balancing complex directory logic with a clean, highly accessible user experience, the website turns a vital community resource into a frictionless, efficient connection hub.

Directory Architecture & Custom Platform Development

To support the unique needs of both consulting professionals and non-profit agencies, Nimbus Design developed a custom, scalable web platform tailored for dynamic data management. The architecture supports two distinct user pathways: allowing agencies to easily search and filter validated consultant profiles, while enabling individual consultants to submit and manage their service offerings. Built with performance, accessibility, and intuitive navigation at its core, the platform delivers fast query results and structured profile views without overwhelming the user, establishing a reliable, long-term technological foundation for equity-focused community consulting in Silicon Valley.
